Are you looking for a fun and relaxing activity for your whole family? Join us for a day filled with trekking and yoga exercises along the beautiful Danube! Our event is open to all families, from children to grandparents, regardless of their age, physical abilities, and skills. How can you join us?
If you are interested in joining the family hike, please fill in the registration form and we will send you confirmation by email. Spaces are limited.

Our trekking adventure will begin at the Heiligenstadt bus station, where we will start our 12 km hike along Danube to Kritzendorf in Klosterneuburg. Don’t worry, the hike will be on a flat surface, so you can bring your small children and strollers with you. Along the way, we will make several stops (minimum of 4) where you and your family can relax and practice simple yoga exercises. These exercises will be led by Mag. Katharina Wogrolly, an experienced yoga instructor, and holistic coach. More info about KAtharina here:

The yoga exercises will include breathing techniques, stretching, experiencing nature and grounding, and meditation. These exercises are not only beneficial for your physical health, but also your mental well-being. Practicing yoga and trekking in nature is known to reduce stress levels and improve mental clarity.
