Do you enjoy teaching, moving, and motivating others?
The UPLAYS programme in Vienna is looking for enthusiastic sports coaches/trainers to join our weekly community project supporting young Ukrainians in Austria!

Every Friday evening, we meet at Sportcenter Donaucity to host workshops, training sessions, and community activities. Now, we’re inviting coaches to lead indoor sports sessions for our diverse group of participants.

What is UPLAYS?

UPLAYS is designed for Ukrainian young people aged up to 30 years old who are currently living in Austria supporting them through sport, language learning, and employment education.

The Role

🕖 Time commitment: Fridays, 19:00–20:00 (45–60 minutes)
💶 Financial reward: €50 per session
🌍 Language: We prefer coaches who speak Ukrainian. If not, it’s also possible to lead the lessons in simple German or English.

As a UPLAYS coach, you’ll guide participants through fun and engaging sessions that keep everyone active, motivated, and connected.

What kind of sports?

We welcome coaches in a variety of disciplines – the most important thing is that activities are:

  • Indoor-friendly
  • Inclusive (suitable for beginners and mixed groups)
  • Possible with minimal equipment (e.g., just a mat)

Examples of sports that work great:

  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Martial Arts (Karate, Taekwondo, Judo, etc.)
  • Fitness or bodyweight training

👉 Have another sport idea? We’re open to suggestions – as long as it can be practiced indoors with limited equipment!

Why join U-PLAYS?

  • Share your passion for sport with a motivated and diverse group
  • Become part of an international community in Vienna
  • Earn extra income while making a positive impact
  • Enjoy a welcoming, supportive environment
