Are you a newcomer in youth work but eager to build practical skills and confidence? Then join the Pragmatic Youth Work training in Lithuania in order to learn how to work in groups, use co-desing methods for empowering young people and applying digital tools for strengthening teamwork and communication!

By joining the training, participants will:
- strengthen their understanding of group dynamics and non-formal education methodologies
- explore approaches for effective reflection processes
- develop competences in digital tools to support teamwork, communication, and youth engagement
- adopt co-design approaches for empowering young people to take active role in creating leading initiatives
- facilitate study visits to schools and youth centres to exchange good practices and inspire collaboration.
Who can join?
We’re inviting youth workers, trainers, educators, and NGO representatives who are:
- 18+ years old
- Active in youth work and motivated to use the knowledge they will learn in their practice
- Motivated to network internationally and co-develop projects
- Confident communicating in English
Practical Information
- Accommodation: Double/triple rooms at La Villa Royale (towels & hair dryer included).
- Meals: Meals are provided 3x a day with additional 2 coffee breaks. Please note that this is rural area with no shops in the vicinity.
- Travel costs: Travel costs will be reimbursed after the mobility, up to the maximum amounts set by Erasmus+: 309€ for participants traveling from Austria (417€ in case of green travel = no flights). Closest airports are Vilnius or Kaunas.
- A group pick-up from the Vilnius city centre will be organised on the evening of the arrival day (9. Dec). Exact time will be confirmed after tickets are purchased. The cost of the pick up will be deducted from your travel budget.
- To ensure you receive your reimbursement, it’s very important to keep all original tickets, boarding passes, and receipts. After the exchange, you’ll need to send them by post (and scan them as a backup).
