This international event will gather organisations, trainers, and youth workers from across Europe to share knowledge, exchange good practices, and co-create innovative approaches to youth engagement. Set in the stunning mountains of Bulgaria, the Lab blends professional networking with active wellbeing experiences that go far beyond a standard seminar.

Why join the Lab?
By joining the Youth Sport & Wellbeing Lab, you’ll become part of a vibrant European network of organisations passionate about youth, sport, and wellbeing. Over the course of the event, you’ll gain fresh ideas and practical tools to engage young people in active, healthy lifestyles, while also exploring innovative methods and non-formal learning approaches. The Lab is designed to help you find the right partners, exchange expertise, and co-create sustainable Erasmus+ projects and international initiatives. At the same time, the unique combination of workshops, networking sessions, and outdoor activities will energise your work, spark creativity, and strengthen your commitment to inclusion and wellbeing.
