EuroPath is a 6-day Erasmus+ Youth Exchange designed to introduce young people to the European youth work ecosystem — from first Erasmus+ experiences to developing and pitching their own international project.

Rather than focusing on theory, the exchange is built around learning by doing, discussing and co-creating with participants from different countries. Whether you are new to Erasmus+ or already have some experience, EuroPath supports you in understanding opportunities, building ideas and taking the next step in youth work.

What will you learn and do

During the exchange, participants will:

  • Explore how the European youth work ecosystem functions and who the key actors are
  • Discover entry opportunities such as ESC projects and Youth Exchanges
  • Gain an introduction to more advanced programmes like cooperation partnerships
  • Work in international teams to design and pitch a project idea
  • Contribute to the creation of the EuroPath Map – a shared output mapping opportunities, ideas and youth work practices across countries

The programme combines interactive sessions, group work, discussions and simulations of real Erasmus+ project development.

Who can apply

This exchange is open to young people aged 20–25 who:

  • Are curious about youth work and European opportunities
  • Have an interest in Erasmus+, volunteering or project development
  • May already have experience (e.g. Youth Exchanges, ESC) or are just starting
  • Are motivated to actively participate in an international environment

Participants should be able to communicate in English and be open to learning, sharing and collaboration
