Join the international Erasmus+ training course “You 4 Youth towards the Youth Employability”, taking place in Želiv, Czechia, from 17–23 April 2025. This opportunity brings together participants from across Europe to explore innovative youth work methods, exchange good practices, and learn practical tools that help young people develop key employability skills such as communication, teamwork, initiative, and self-confidence.

We are looking for:
- youth workers (professional or volunteer)
- educators and trainers
- people active in NGOs or youth organisations
- those interested in youth employability and personal development
- participants able to actively communicate in English
This opportunity is especially suitable for those who work with young people and would like to bring back new tools and methods to support employability skills development in their local community.
What will you gain?

Practical information
- Accommodation: Participants will stay in double or triple rooms in Hotel Kocanda.
- Food: Covered by Erasmus+ for the duration of the training.
- Youthpass: All participants will receive a Youthpass certificate recognising their learning outcomes and participation in the Erasmus+ training course.
- Travels: Travel costs will be reimbursed after the mobility, up to the maximum amounts set by Erasmus+: 211€ for participants traveling from Austria (285€ in case of green travel = no flights). To reach the venue please check the connections to Prague or Brno (easiest trip to the final venue) depending on where are you going from in Austria. On the last day, the programme will finish at 17.00h, earlier departure must be first approved by the organisers. Participants are required to keep all tickets and original boarding passes and after the training hand them over to the organiser or send upon return home.
