Join the Rural Youth Work Lab in Gavoi, in the heart of Sardinia, a professional development activity for youth workers from across Europe. It is hosted by Malik ETS, an Erasmus+ accredited organisation with experience in rural youth work.

We are looking for youth workers and youth leaders working in non-formal learning, especially with young people in rural and remote areas.
What will you gain? The programme covers four areas:
- Quality & innovation: reflecting on Erasmus+ mobility experiences and good practices
- Digital competences & AI: trying out digital and AI tools for planning, activities and communication, and discussing their responsible use
- Rural youth work: the challenges and opportunities of working with young people in rural areas
- European cooperation: networking and developing ideas for future Erasmus+ projects
Methods include World Café, Open Space, practical workshops, community visits and Design Thinking.
