Arte e Cultura Sociale, an NGO based in Moniga del Garda, is offering a fantastic opportunity for young people to participate in paid volunteer work in Italy. This experience, part of the “Spazio Europa Youth” project funded by the European Solidarity Corps, runs from February to June 2025 (with flexible arrival and departure dates).

Objectives of the mobility
- Enhance personal and professional skills, including project design, leadership, and intercultural communication.
- Support young people in acquiring skills useful for their personal and professional growth.
- Help young people learn languages through practical use.
- Encourage youth participation in community life.
- Promote youth engagement in transnational mobility projects.
- Discover intercultural richness through non-formal learning methods.
- Collaborate in events and initiatives dedicated to young people.
- Deepen knowledge of other European cultures.
- Explore more about Lake Garda, the province of Brescia, and Italy in general.
- Be encouraged to propose their own ideas and turn them into concrete projects benefiting the local community.
- Actively participate in managing social media and creating videos, photos, and posters.
What support will you receive?
During your stay in Italy, you will stay in a 3-bedroom apartment with 2 more volunteers. The apartment is close to the centre of Monika and the beaches of Garda. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms, with each volunteer having their own private room. Additionally, the apartment features a porch and a garden, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment for the three selected volunteers.
Your work will take place in the youth centre “NOI”, within easy reach and with transport support from the organisation’s members. Working language is English with additional online learning programme for Italian. Volunteers will be expected to contribute with their work with up to 35 hours per week.
Monthly allowance: 310 €
Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 275 € and 320 € in case of green travel (no flights).
Arrival to Monica del Garda is flexible.
